    Hello Connections

    We are hiring a Project Design- Senior Executive

    Location- Mumbai

    Key Responsibilities

     Inhouse designing and BOQ making

     Co-ordination with local AOR for Drawings & BOQs

     Co-ordination with international architect for Drawings

     Creating MAT Codes for new requirement

     Checking BOQs & preparation of NOA's

     Ensure all Technical details required by the Commercial team are provided.

     Validate the quantities for the rate analysis done by the Supplier.

     Follow-up with the EPC for early/timely closure of request raised.

     Co-ordination with vendor & Const Mgr on timely deliveries at site.

     Ensuring vendor invoices are checked & certified as directed by PM.

     Keep track of any existing store's O&M issues and support as directed.

    Design Co-ordination

    Basic MEP knowledge

    Education & Experience Required:

    Min 4 to 8 years of experience required

    Graduate/ Diploma with more than 2 years in streams of Architect, Interior Designer

    Software knowledge: Sketch up, REVIT, Autocad 3D max

    Preferred industry – Retail
