- Calibrate online sensors as per manufacturer guidelines and industry standards
- Conduct routine maintenance and preventive inspections to ensure sensor reliability
- Clean sensor components to prevent fouling and maintain accurate measurements
- Troubleshoot signal discrepancies, calibration errors, or hardware issues
- Perform repairs or replace faulty components like sensors, cables, and transmitters
- Validate sensor accuracy using tests and cross-checks with lab instruments or standards
- Ensure real-time data accuracy for process control and monitoring systems
- Support system integration activities related to sensors and their applications
