- Maintaining and increasing sales of QATM's products in an assigned territory
- Achieving monthly and annual sales targets
- Establishing and expanding customer base for QATM's range of UNIVERSAL HARDNESS TESTERS, GRINDING, CUTTING, POLISHING & MATERIAL TESTING EQUIPMENTS.
- Conduct product demonstrations and plant visits to showcase QATM's equipment capabilities to prospective clients
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
- 3-5 years of sales experience in METALLOGRAPHY, MATERIAL SCIENCES, METALLURGY INDUSTRIES & HARDNESS TESTING EQUIPMNETS
- Educational background - Science Graduate or Post Graduate / B.E / B.tech in Mechanical / Material Sciences / Nanomaterials etc.
- Basic working knowledge of material characterization techniques and familiarity with equipment such as ROCKWELL & VICKERS HARDNESS TESTERS, GRINDING & CUTTING MACHINES
- Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
- Should be target driven and able to work independently
