Looking for a collaborator with excellent verbal and written communication skills, with knowledge of shipping regulations and policies, excellent organizational skills and attention to details, proficient with Microsoft office or related software.

You must be happy juggling multiple office requests and planning your workload as business priorities change. The goal is to anticipate needs, and share the reports of the work in process.

Job Description:

Take care of the orders for our clients, make contact with the manufactures (all over India and sometimes abroad), taking care of the paper work (Invoice, PL, BL, etc), and everything related to the clients;

Help to search for new suppliers;

Visit Fairs, if necessary;

Visit manufactures, if necessary, for quality check;

Help manage the office, etc.

Time of working: Monday to Friday 10:00 AM to 06:30 PM (with lunch break of 20 minutes): 42.5 hours per week.

Salary: 25,000 to 30,000 rupees per month. The same will depend on the knowledge and experience of the

candidate.

Experience:

Internship in Export or Logistic Company will be a plus.
