Overview:-
The Learning Program Management Support role will be part of the L&D Program Management learning facilitation team as part of the L&D Services workstream.
Responsibilities include working with various L&D stakeholders involved in the Program / Project
Management skills enablement initiatives. The role requires expertise in collaborating with the Program Management training team and supporting the various planning, estimating, scheduling & delivery activities.
As a primary contributor, the roles include participation in important activities such as management reporting and presentation, driving continual improvement, improving team productivity, monitoring SLA compliances, ROI, etc.
Formal Education & Certification:-
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Standard computer knowledge required (MS- Office Applications)
Proven ability to adapt to new tools by applying a logical approach
Working Experience of 4-6 years in supporting the execution of medium to large competency
development training programs.
Desired Education & Certification (Either one or multiple):-
Experience in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or a similar field
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Instructional Design certification or equivalent
Scheduling and session planning services /skills
Project Management training (E0) and/or certification
Knowledge & Experience:-
Should have: Program design and coordination with Training program teams
Preferred: experience in facilitating & managing leadership/ managerial, technical, and project
management-related programs and reporting to multiple stakeholders
Working knowledge of relevant course delivery platforms, adult learning, learning methodologies, and Learning Management Systems required.
Expertise in planning and blueprinting in-demand skills training such as First-time manager
training, Advanced project management training, or similar.
Excellent understanding of core learning needs and impact thereof
Ability to refine and contribute to learning modality blending & curriculum blueprinting based on "big picture" understanding
Bring in efficiency via best practice implementation & contribution to continual improvement.
Experience in facilitating various learning programs such as Business / Tech Transformation
training, Change Management training, ERP training etc.
Ability to understand:-
o the client learning audience's and other stakeholder needs
o the learning ecosystem available for client end users
o the organizational / departmental nuances w.r.t learning and talent enablement
Creates, reviews, and owns workflow responses and streamlines overall effort and time
estimations for various content development requirements.
Owns Service Level Agreements and support management of learning content creation/update
request arriving through various channels.
Own and deliver required Project Management services.

Core Role Responsibilities:-
Provide required support to the various activities of the learning programs being planned,
executed or analyzed, and deliver required reports/output.
Participate in and support the ongoing programs end-to-end from a facilitator and enabler
standpoint, including comms & tracking.
Own and manage Requirements gathering and other strategic initiatives from a learning
perspective.
Conduct job task analysis and determine the best modality to transfer knowledge and build
proficiency
Assist in the development of standardized learning processes, procedures, and templates
Align to a learning evaluation strategy that measures the business impact of knowledge and skill
transfer
Continuously measure solution effectiveness and scalability of delivery modalities
Develop multiple projects with minimal oversight in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Collaborates with business partners on expected business outcomes.
Partners closely with the Learning & Development program owners
Participates in needs analysis and recommends effective learning solutions.
Contributes to content management and quality review processes.
Work Conditions:-
Occasional extended work hours to meet deadlines.
Ability to work in US time zones as the primary shift of operations.
Contribute as per the agreed responsibilities to the ongoing Learning Program activities.
