    Role Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual for the role of Senior Executive/Assistant Manager Pre-Sales with specialized domain knowledge in Networking, WIFI, CCTV, Server & SAN technologies, coupled with a proven track record in handling government bid processes. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in our sales department, working closely with the sales team to provide pre-sales support, technical expertise, and assistance in bidding for government projects within the specified domains.

    Responsibilities:

    Pre-Sales Support:

    • Engage with potential clients to understand their technical requirements and challenges.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
    • Provide technical guidance and support throughout the pre-sales process.

    Solution Design and Presentation:

    • Develop comprehensive technical proposals and presentations outlining product/service offerings.
    • Articulate the benefits and features of networking, WIFI, CCTV, Server & SAN solutions to clients.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and proofs of concept (POCs) as needed.

    Bid Management:

    • Lead the preparation and submission of bids, proposals, and tender documents for government projects.
    • Ensure compliance with government procurement regulations and guidelines.
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including sales, technical, and legal teams, to gather required information for bids.

    Domain Expertise:

    • Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to networking, WIFI, CCTV, Server & SAN.
    • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in client meetings, workshops, and presentations.
    • Provide insights and recommendations on product enhancements and new offerings based on market demands.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
    • Address client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client needs and requirements.

    Collaboration and Teamwork:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and delivery, to achieve sales targets and objectives.
    • Participate in internal meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.

    Salary : LPA (Max)

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience (5 years) in a pre-sales or technical sales role, preferably in the networking, WIFI, CCTV, Server & SAN domain.
    • Strong understanding of networking principles, WIFI protocols, CCTV systems, and server/storage technologies.
    • Demonstrated experience in managing government bids, tenders, and procurement processes.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent are desirable.
    • Knowledge of government regulations and compliance requirements related to procurement is a plus.
