    Description

    Job Description :
    Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform

    • Perform unit testing for the module assigned and take ownership of delivering the module with minimal functional and technical errors
    • Manage the coding best practices for Salesforce
    • Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing functional requirements and customer objectives
    • Provide support to internal and customerfacing projects, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects and workflow
    • Manage daily support and maintenance of internal Salesforce instance, and conduct longterm improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements
    • Interact directly with clients, managers and end users as necessary to analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications and interactions with internal Salesforce instances
    • Collaborate with various internal departments, including marketing, product development and operations, to ensure Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance
    Mandatory :


    • Strong Apex coding
    • Exp on LWC and Aura
    • Exp on Integration (Rest API & SOAP)
    • Cloud exp (Sales cloud/service cloud etc.)
    • Exp on Team handling, designing.
    • If candidate is above 8 years make sure they will have Architect experience
    Must Have :


    • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
    • Minimum of 57 years hands on experience in Salesforce Application Development
    • Lightning (AURA/LWC with 1 year of Project experience)
    • Experience in developing custom Apex Classes and Apex Triggers
    • Good communication skills, Team management skills
    • Good attitude towards upskilling in new areas of SF platform
    • Salesforce Governor limits and bestpractices for limitinformed development
    • Experience in Development/deployment using SFDx
    Nice To Have :


    • SF Certification PD2 / JavaScript Developer 1
    • Experience developing customerfacing applications
    • Experience in Salesforce community development
    • Experience in Agile methodology
