JOB PURPOSE:
The Magnum Ice Cream Company (TMICC) / KWIL is the place where you can bring your purpose to life with the work that you do – creating a better business and a better world.
If you have a passion for shaping & leading impactful consumer research, enjoy teamwork and have an ability to translate insights into new business opportunities for our brands – this role is for you.
In this role, you will be leading the CTI team and program for the METSA region.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the CTI program integrating sensory and consumer insights to guide innovation and growth in the METSA region.
Generate foresight on strategic initiatives that support and align with the growth ambitions of the METSA region.
Manage the superiority agenda and provide insights for profitable growth and countering competitive threats.
Collaborate with global and regional teams across CTI, CMI, R&D, and Brand, fostering end-to-end insight plans.
Lead, coach, and mentor the METSA CTI team to build regional insights talent.
Manage and build relationships with the external CI ecosystem to deliver high quality insights.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
SKILLS, EXPERIENCES &
QUALIFICATIONS:
Expertise in combining sensory and consumer methodologies to guide innovation and renovation. AI methodologies experience is a plus.
Understanding of food technologies, coupled with curiosity to explore emerging innovations, and proven experience collaborating with technical teams.
Strong analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
Strong drive to deliver superior quality and consumer centric holistic experience design.
Proven ability in stakeholder management, influencing across the METSA region, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Skills in team motivation, coaching, collaboration, and leveraging TMICC's ecosystem for growth.
Proficiency in English and a passion for high performance, agility, and personal mastery.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Occasional travel within the METSA region is required, approximately 4 trips per year.
