We are looking for a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Role-Based Permissions (RBP), and People Analytics Consultant with 8-12 years of professional experience to join our team.The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Employee Central, hands-on experience managing global deployments,
and strong capabilities in configuring and managing Role-Based Permissions and People Analytics reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities include leading full-cycle implementations,
configuring EC modules including foundation objects,
MDF objects position management,and global HR processes developing maintain Time-Off configurations across multiple countries ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements designing implementing maintaining RBP security models tailored for diverse user groups creating managing optimizing People Analytics reports delivering actionable business insights collaborating troubleshooting resolution technical issues supporting integration activities providing training knowledge transfer documentation staying current SAP SuccessFactors roadmap enhancements recommending best practices adoption.
