    Job Description:

    We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support our web development and digital marketing teams in executing multiple client projects seamlessly. The ideal candidate will bridge communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and efficient task management across all departments.

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and track daily project activities across design, development, content, SEO, and marketing teams.
    • Collaborate with managers to maintain updated timelines, dependencies, and deliverables using tools like ClickUp or Jira.
    • Act as a communication link between clients and internal teams for project updates, requirements, and approvals.
    • Ensure all tasks follow defined workflows, meet deadlines, and adhere to company quality standards.
    • Maintain detailed project documentation including briefs, task lists, progress reports, and post-delivery summaries.
    • Assist in preparing project schedules, sprint plans, and review checklists.
    • Manage updates to internal documentation such as SOPs, templates, and file-naming conventions.
    • Support new client and team onboarding by ensuring proper documentation and tool access.
    • Monitor project health metrics like task completion rate, turnaround time, and review cycle duration.
    • Coordinate review meetings, stand-ups, and weekly project catch-ups with respective teams.
    • Identify risks, dependencies, and potential bottlenecks early, escalating them when needed.
    • Collaborate with vendors and freelancers, ensuring alignment with internal standards and delivery expectations.
    • Prepare weekly project status reports for management review.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, information technology, or a related field.
    • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or delivery support, preferably in an IT services or digital marketing environment.
    • Strong working knowledge of ClickUp, Jira, or similar task management platforms.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
    • Excellent understanding of digital and technical workflows — including web/app development, SEO, social media marketing, content production, and paid advertising.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
    • Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
    • Experience in vendor coordination or resource allocation is an added advantage.
