    Description

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to join our team at Paradise Placement Consultancy. Key responsibilities include implementing and administering employee policies, monitoring and handling employee grievances, and promoting employee engagement activities.

    The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, and a strong understanding of statutory compliance and labour law.

    A high degree of proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is also required. Immediate start available for the right candidate.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Implement and administer employee policies
    • Monitor and handle employee grievances
    • Promote employee engagement activities
    • Take care of onboarding formalities and documentation
    • Handle employee exit formalities and ensure smooth separation
