The Head of Delivery will manage and coach the organisation to achieve high growth, project management skills, client engagement abilities, and leadership qualities to successfully deliver Analytics , Data science solutions that drive business value and impact.

He/She will be responsible to build a professional, accountable and customer responsive delivery organisation, ensuring effective operations during the planning, proposing and implementation phases of delivery, supporting both retention and growth.

Role and Responsibilities: -

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of Analytics,Data Science projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to effectively manage project execution. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders, to ensure collaboration and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead global services delivery, across industry verticals and geographies, P&L responsibility ensuring client satisfaction and growth.
• Working with the executive team to make high-quality decisions and achieve company goals.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients or internal stakeholders, understanding their requirements, objectives, and expectations for data science projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and confidence in the team's ability to deliver high-quality data science solutions.
• Bring through leadership to adopt new challenges and changes in the technology world and prepare the team to take on new frontiers as the business transforms with ongoing changes in demand. Plan for optimum resource utilization and synchronize with HR for resource needs.
• Coach and mentor's teams to build a high-performance culture.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• 15+ years of experience working in an IT services company.

• Demonstrable track record of strong company leadership and management.

• Excellent global customer experience and experience in delivery function.

• Responsible for P&L of the delivery projects.

• Should have strong Delivery experience of leading and managing large teams with multiple account management.

• Drive Organizational learning, innovation and identify data-driven value opportunities across the organization.

• Implementing the best practices across delivery organization.

• Excellent People Management skills and scaling teams.
