Quantum Expert, Construction Arbitration - Haryana - MASIN

Description

We are seeking a Senior Consultant – Construction & Arbitration (Quantum) at Masin. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost analysis, quantity surveying, extension of time (EOT), billing, budgeting and forensic delay analysis within the construction domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage cost analysis, quantity surveying and financial assessments for construction claims and disputes
• Oversee the preparation and assessment of quantum-related claims ensuring accuracy compliance with contractual obligations
• Provide expert advice on cost estimation budgeting commercial risk mitigation strategies
• Conduct forensic delay analysis to support claims arbitration cases

Type E Degree qualification is required minimum 6-8 years experience in key areas including large-scale infrastructure or construction projects>Technical Expertise: A high level understanding of Quantity Surveying Cost Estimation Budget Planning Forecast Analysis legal knowledge is desirable
