Description

The Senior Engineering Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and continuous improvement of DevOps practices, tools, and processes to streamline software development, deployment, and operations.

• Lead and manage the DevOps team, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management of team members.
• Develop and implement DevOps strategies, processes, and best practices to support continuous integration, continuous delivery, and infrastructure automation.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to define and implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and deployment automation scripts.
• Design and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Drive improvements in system reliability, performance, and scalability through proactive monitoring, alerting, and capacity planning.
• Implement and enforce security best practices and compliance standards across development and production environments.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance the DevOps toolchain and optimize development workflows.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams on DevOps principles, practices, and tools.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including product management, software engineering, and quality assurance, to ensure successful delivery of software products.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• X years of experience in software development, DevOps, or related roles, with a minimum of X years in a leadership or managerial position.
• Strong expertise in DevOps practices, principles, and methodologies, with handson experience in CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and automation tools.
• Proficiency in cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and modern software engineering practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of driving process improvements, fostering collaboration, and delivering results in a fastpaced environment.
• Strong problemsolving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) is a plus.
