- Process orders and forecasts through the Corporate ERP (SAP) system, ensuring timely information exchange with customers.
- Coordinate delivery and production plans with customers, addressing any issues that may arise.
- Communicate forecast updates and changes to stakeholders, preventing information gaps.
- Align costs with customers and internal stakeholders, maintaining complete clarity on liability.
- Collect and update requirements data, including SAP price lists, fixed orders, and rolling forecasts.
- Coordinate internally and with clients on bill of materials creation, modification, and product specification changes.
- Ensure proper packaging management to avoid remnant charge backs to customers.
- Inform the Manager of specific points or issues and provide daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for decision-making.
- Organize logistics, ensure timely invoicing, and transportation scheduling.
- Prepare weekly urgency reports and monthly stock analysis, obsolete materials, slow movements, etc.
- Manage customer requests, deliver schedules, and handle queries while respecting confidentiality rules and ethics.
- Monitor delivery and payment conditions, collections of credits, and support Business Development activities.
- Excellent English and Hindi language skills (prerequisite).
- Minimum Graduate degree, BE/B Tech preferred.
- Additional qualification: MBA/MMS/PGDBM (preferred).
- 4-6 years of experience in handling order-to-cash management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Good computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook), SAP as preferred.
- Customer orientation with attention to detail.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
