    Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Engineering, or equivalent.
    Knowledge of Documentation tools like MS Office, Robohelp, Acrobat, SnagIt, and InDesign.
    Demonstrated experience working with application and infrastructure architecture diagrams development, which aligns with industry open standards.
    Sound knowledge and experience in Content architecture and cataloguing.
    Preferred product knowledge from
