Description
Preferred educational qualification: B.Tech /B.E. in Electronics/Telecommunication, Electrical with minimum 3 years experience in RF design PG : M.Tech in Electronics/Telecommunication, Electrical with minimum 2 years experience in RF design.
Responsible for Overall RF design, development of Hardware-including component selection, schematic design, and system integration.
Core Responsibilities & Duties
Hardware: Experience in RF Design and Development, Mixed Signal Boards, Controller Boards, , Defense and Ground Applications, Knowledge of DO-254 Preferred Design, develop, modify and evaluate RF components or RF integrated circuitry, determine design approaches and RF parameter validation, analyze equipment to establish operating data, design of RF transmission lines and passive elements like filters for the RF Circuit, prepare schematics using the architecture for various RF analog subassemblies, simulate the RF architecture to evaluate the performance of the circuit, conducts experimental tests and evaluates results, select components and equipment based on analysis of specifications and reliability.
Exhibit significant in-depth knowledge on Components, Key Characteristics of parts, processes, techniques, methodologies, tools and equipment used with an enhanced focus on cost, safety, quality. Implements industry standards, best practices within the domain.
Stay abreast of new technology and initiate introduction of new materials, tools, Test equipment and process automation, towards improving quality and productivity enhancement.
Demonstrate ability and flexibility to manage multiple and significantly complex projects, RFPs independently with high level of autonomy and accountability for results.
Risk and opportunity Management: Support actions to minimize risks. Ensure the company and customers' intellectual properties are protected
Desired:
Test Jigs/Rigs, PCB support for layout Engineer, Board Bring up, Card level testing , ATE for Airborne
Firmware Software: Design and Development of Firmware and software architecture at system level for LRUs, Controller Boards, Test Jigs/Rigs, ATE for Airborne, Defense and Ground Applications, Knowledge of DO-178 Preferred
System: System level design and development from conceptual to implementation including interface design, connection diagrams, integration and Testing.
Interact with Customers for requirements collection, Technical coordination, RFP response,
Unit level Qualification and Certification, exposure to ESS, SOFT and Qualification Tests at Card level and Unit level.
