- Design and create engaging social media posts using various design software tools to align with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Manage all social media handles of the company, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, , etc. Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media calendar to ensure consistent and timely content delivery across platforms.
- Write compelling and informative blog posts on relevant topics to attract and engage our target audience. Monitor online queries and provide timely responses, directing inquiries to the appropriate sales team members when necessary.
- Conduct regular analysis of social media accounts' performance metrics, including engagement rates, reach, and follower growth. Utilize insights to develop strategies for improving social media presence and increasing audience engagement.
- Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing skills
- Proficiency in using design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content for various platforms
- Digital Marketing knowledge and experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the aerospace industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
