• We are looking for an experienced Export Manager to join our international business for Non Perishable Foods
• The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of international trade, including developing new export markets from scratch and ensuring compliance with all regulations and laws.
• The Export Manager will be expected to have an indepth knowledge of global trade and a keen eye for detail.
• They must be highly organized and have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Identify, Develop and Implement export strategies to maximize profits and minimize costs
• Prepare export documentation such as invoices, packing lists and bills of lading
• Establish and manage relationships with international partners., including distributors, agents and vendors
• Monitor international regulations and compliance requirements
• Negotiate shipping contracts and freight forwarding agreements
• Liaise with customs authorities and other government bodies to ensure compliance with regulations
• Develop and maintain export databases, records and reports
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback
• Address customer inquiries and complaints
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize export operations

• 810 years of proven experience in export business, preferably in the same industry
• Thorough knowledge of foreign trade regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent knowledge of market data and dynamics
• Strong negotiation and problemsolving skills
• Ability to travel abroad to meet with clients and develop business relationships
