Role Description

This is a full-time role for a BIM Architect at Advani and Associates in Greater Bengaluru Area. The BIM Architect is responsible for designing and implementing building information models (BIM) for architectural projects. They will work with architects, engineers, and construction teams to create, manage, and analyze BIM data throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with standards and specifications.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil engineering
• Experience in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Familiarity with BIM standards such as COBie, IFC, and USACE.
• Ability to create and manage BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in architectural design and construction administration is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work onsite in Greater Bengaluru Area.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
