    Job Overview

    We are hiring a Customer Care Executive to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will assist them with their inquiries, grievances, and provide timely resolution. This is a full-time position located in Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, India. The employment type is Full-Time and we are looking for candidates with less than 1 year of experience.

    • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the agreed time limits.
    • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
    • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for future reference.
    • Manage customer accounts and maintain customer databases.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
    • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
    • Stay updated with product and service information to provide accurate information to customers.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
