Job Summary

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in banking and project finance, with expertise in analyzing capital expenditure proposals and managing cash flow. A minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze capex proposals from a techno-commercial perspective to ensure optimal ROI on each project.
• Raise funds through various channels, including banks, institutions, private equity, venture capital, and bonds, both domestically and internationally.
• Manage cash and fund flows to maximize efficient utilization of funds.
• Implement robust working capital management strategies, including inventory and receivable management.
• Ensure compliance with FEMA, RBI, and other relevant banking regulations.
• Prepare DPRs and other documents as required by the banking and investor communities.
• Demonstrate exceptional Excel skills and presentation abilities.

Requirements

• CA or MBA degree from a premium institute.
• Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong understanding of banking and project finance principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
