    Area of Coverage: Eastern part of India.

    Summary :

  • Install service and maintain products, distributed by Baxter in the defined area of responsibility.
  • Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Service Revenue through Service contracts and Spare parts sales.
  • Establish & maintain communication with customers, team members and business contacts.
  • Ensure all activities are performed following the available instructions and information, within the quality system framework.
  • Report all relevant service activity, to ensure updated and accurate service data in the service system.
  • Perform sales support activities on products & processes within the geographical area of responsibility.
  • Skills:

  • Basic understanding/knowledge of electronics, soldering skills, ESD protection, understanding/knowledge of the Medical Device Directive.
  • Good communication (written and Oral) in English and Local Language.
  • Natural interest in IT applications.
  • Basic use of current Windows operating systems and Use of MS office applications (Word, Excel etc.).
  • Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate/ Diploma in Electronics or Biomedical Electronics/ECE/Instrumentation Engineering.
  • Minimum years field experience in servicing medical equipment or preferably medical instrumentation or electro-mechanics or equivalent through experience.
