    Job Description:

    Dosti Global is looking for Assistant Account Manager (Amazon Seller Central Account) - Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional, as well as someone who is curious and self-driven, interested in problem solving, research and a diverse range of tasks and topics in any given day and week and that will change dynamically over time. We are also looking for someone experienced in working with a fast paced, start-up environment and who is a strong communicator, likes to learn and takes pride in their work.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    ● Support to Account Manager: work with management to ensure internal work and client work is being executed by its SLA requirements.

    ● Basic Listing Support & Maintenance for All major Ecommerce Channels

    ● Support Demand Planner by pulling data and then importing and exporting data to appropriate systems

    Create Product Listings (Bar-bones): Amazon, , BigCommerce, Shopify, Chewy

    ● Assist Account Manager with daily duties: (pulling reports, emailing, and follow-ups, sending contracts)

    ● Amazon Customer Service: Review Buyer Messages, Review Amazon Feedback Removal & Public Acknowledgements, Public Responses to user content on Brand Managed Listings

    Maintain & Manage Amazon Seller Central Account Health: Escalate issues to management as deemed fit. Duties would include basic line of defense for listing issues. Severe or high impacted listings may be esculated to leadership team.

    ● Data Entry Projects: at times data entry support will be needed from accounting, marketing, and/or finance teams. This may vary from keyword analysis to merring month end Excel Files.

    ● Identify opportunities to enhance or streamline administrative processes and lead efforts to optimize current workflows

    Requirements:

    ● Fluent English written and spoken.

    ● 3+ years of experience as project assistant or executive assistant

    ● Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

    ● Advanced Excel skills

    1+ yrs Amazon and eCommerce experience

    ● History of "owning" the job and never ever giving the job back

    Ability and willingness to work night shifts.

    ● Driven and eager to learn new things.

    ● Someone who seeks out issues and owns driving solutions to them, while keeping all resources informed of progress.

    ● University degree preferred but not essential

    ● Comfort with numbers and quantitative analysis
