    Roles and Responsibilities :

    • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
    • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
    Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers


    • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics
    • Responsible for evaluating sales opportunities and business case presentation for new and existing clients, expand market penetration and grow the profits.
    • Gather the client's requirements and suggest how our offering can be implemented to enhance and improve the existing processes
    • Build relationships with key decision makers & CXOs across established and emerging FinTech, Banks and Brokers.
    • Exploring business opportunity to secure higher throughput and profitable business.

    Skills :

    • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
    • Superb leadership ability
    Experience : 2+ yrs.
