    Job Purpose:

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team in the

    role of Principal for our Private Credit division. This position offers a unique

    opportunity to contribute to our investment strategy and manage a portfolio of

    private credit investments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

    credit analysis, deal structuring, and portfolio management. The candidate

    should have mandatory experience in Structured Finance with AIFs, Private

    Credit Funds or NBFCs in high yield credit.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Origination: Identify and evaluate investment opportunities in

    the performing credit market, including direct lending, mezzanine

    financing, and distressed debt.

    2. Due Diligence: Conduct thorough credit analysis and due

    diligence on potential investments, including financial statement

    analysis, industry research, and assessment of borrower

    creditworthiness.

    3. Structuring: Develop innovative deal structures that align with

    our investment objectives and mitigate risk.

    4. Execution: Lead the execution of investment transactions,

    including negotiation of terms, documentation review, and

    coordination with legal and compliance teams.

    5. Portfolio Management: Monitor and manage a portfolio of

    performing credit investments, including ongoing performance

    analysis, covenant compliance, and proactive risk management.

    6. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships

    with borrowers, intermediaries, and other stakeholders in the

    performing credit market.

    7. Reporting: Prepare regular reports and updates for senior

    management, investors, and other stakeholders on the

    performance of the performing credit portfolio.

    8. Process Development: Continue to innovate and expand our

    operational capabilities to enhance the current state and build for

    the future. This includes strategic technology initiatives,

    outsourcing opportunities, and process redesign.

    Qualifications:

    • MBA or CFA designation preferred.
    • Mandatory Experience in Structured Finance with AIFs, Private Credit Funds
    • or NBFCs in high yield credit
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in private credit investing, with a proven
    • track record of successful deal origination, execution, and portfolio
    • management.
    • Deep understanding of credit markets, including knowledge of different debt
    • instruments, credit structures, and legal documentation.
    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to perform complex
    • financial modelling and analysis.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and
    • maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high degree
    • of autonomy and initiative.
    • Sound judgement and decision-making abilities, with a focus on risk
    • management and long-term value creation.
