- Develop comprehensive training plans and materials for PEGA courses based on organizational needs and objectives.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on PEGA platforms, tools, and frameworks to diverse audiences, including developers, administrators, and business users.
- Provide hands-on guidance and support to trainees during practical exercises and demonstrations to reinforce learning concepts.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to continuously update and enhance training content to reflect the latest trends and advancements in PEGA technology.
- Assess trainee performance and progress through quizzes, assignments, and practical assessments, providing constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
- Maintain training documentation, records, and reports to track attendance, participation, and performance metrics.
- Stay informed about industry developments and best practices in PEGA technology to ensure training materials and methodologies remain current and effective.
- Support post-training activities, such as mentoring, coaching, and providing ongoing support to trainees as they apply their skills in real-world scenarios.
- 4-5 years of professional experience working with PEGA technology, including hands-on development, implementation, and configuration.
- PEGA certification (e.g., CSA, CSSA) is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in delivering technical training programs to individuals or groups, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of PEGA platform architecture, design principles, and methodologies.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt training delivery methods and techniques to meet the needs of different learning styles and audiences.
- Proficiency in using training tools and technologies, such as learning management systems (LMS), virtual classrooms, and multimedia resources.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
