    We are seeking a dynamic and efficient Executive Ticketing to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. As an Executive Ticketing, you will be responsible for handling ticketing and reservation activities, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth travel experiences for our clients. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
    • Strong knowledge of ticketing systems and reservation software.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
    • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
    • Proficient in using MS Office software and other relevant tools.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Flexibility to work in shifts and handle emergencies or last-minute changes.
    • Knowledge of visa regulations, travel insurance, and other related services is a plus.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Handle ticketing and reservation activities, including issuing tickets, booking flights, and managing itinerary changes.
    • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
    • Collaborate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to ensure the smooth execution of travel plans.
    • Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and payments, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
    • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
    • Assist clients with visa applications, travel insurance, and other related services as required.
    • Resolve any issues or disruptions that may arise during travel, including flight delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
    • Provide support to the sales team by assisting in the preparation of proposals and quotes.
    • Contribute to the overall success of the company by actively participating in training programs and sharing knowledge with team members.
