    Job Overview

    We are seeking a skilled Critical Care Medicine professional to join our team. This role will require you to provide quality care to critically ill patients in our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in Critical Care Medicine, with a strong background in emergency medicine and critical care nursing. This is a full-time position based in Burla, Odisha, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
    • 4 to 6 years of experience in Critical Care Medicine and emergency medicine.
    • Specialization in Critical Care Medicine will be an advantage.
    • Strong knowledge and skills in managing critical care patients, including ventilator management.
    • Excellent clinical acumen and decision-making skills.
    • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
    • Valid medical license to practice in India.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Provide medical care and treatment to critically ill patients in the ICU and emergency department.
    • Monitor and assess patients' condition, administer medications, and perform procedures as necessary.
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
    • Utilize advanced medical technology and equipment to provide optimal patient care.
    • Document patients' medical history, progress, and treatment outcomes accurately and timely.
    • Ensure compliance with medical ethics, standards, and regulations.
    • Participate in continuous professional development activities to stay updated with the latest advancements in Critical Care Medicine.
    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members.
    • Provide guidance and support to junior medical staff and interns.
