    The role of the Digital Fault Tolerance Expert is to lead a team in developing and implementing digital fault tolerance techniques for electronic design automation. This involves creating test vectors, validating designs, and ensuring that they meet industry standards.



    Required Skills and Qualifications:


    The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital fault tolerance concepts, including scan insertion, ATPG, coverage analysis, and transition delay test coverage analysis. They should also be proficient in scripting languages such as Perl and shell.
