    Role & Responsibilities

    In the Business Analyst, Finance position, you'll partner with our finance and operations team on initiatives to bring our finance and client data to life through compelling insights.     Responsibilities:

  • As a Business Analyst, your primary responsibility would be assisting the finance and operations team in analyzing financial and employee utilization data, preparing financial and utilization reports, and providing insights into the company's economic performance. Your duties may include:
  • Collecting, organizing, and analyzing financial and utilization data from various sources such as financial statements, internal databases, time-tracking applications from different entities, and market research reports.
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial models to forecast future performance.
  • Assisting in the preparation of employee utilization reports for operational efficiency to have a better understanding of overall performance and economical margins.
  • Identifying and analyzing financial trends and patterns, and providing insights into business performance and growth potential.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as accounting, sales, and operations to ensure accurate financial and utilization reporting and forecasting.
  • Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes, including reviewing budgets, analyzing variances, and developing financial models to support decision-making.
  • Supporting the financial planning and analysis team in ad hoc financial analysis, special projects, and other duties as assigned.
  • Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams.
  • Overall, your role as a Business Ops Analyst will be to support the finance, operations, and HR team in analyzing financial data, utilization, leaves, etc, preparing reports, creating templates, and providing insights to help drive business decisions.
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Budgeting & Forecasting.
  • Excellent Analytical, problem-solving & critical-thinking Skills.
  • Sound understanding of Data Visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBi) and RDBMS management (SQL)
  • Advance knowledge of Excel/Google spreadsheets.
  • Advance knowledge of creating different graphs, and charts and writing macros in Excel/Google spreadsheets.
  • Self-driven and able to complete tasks with minimal oversight
  • Significant ability to analyze data with exceptional clarity and insights
  • Problem solver who can consistently think outside of the box to develop solutions to accounting/reporting challenges
  • Action-oriented person who can identify process efficiencies and implement them quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Your time will be spent at our office in Noida, Delhi NCR, India
