    Location: Chattarpur (Delhi)

    Salary: 25k a month

    Position: Human Resource Specialist

    A'Live Experiences is a premier artist management company dedicated to promoting and nurturing talent across the entertainment industry. In addition to this, we also offer corporate event management. With over 17 years of experience, our company has a proven track record of success in managing artists across various band genres (DJ based, live and Sufi).

    Position Overview:

    We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for various HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
    • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
    • Oversee employee relations, including managing conflicts, disciplinary actions, and grievances
    • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
    • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
    • Nurture a positive working environment and maintain employee satisfaction
    • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
    • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
    • Manage the HR budget and ensure it aligns with company objectives
    • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital

    Requirements:

    • Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or similar role
    • In-depth knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, performance management, etc.)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
    • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
    • BS/BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field
