    Job Summary:

    A driven Software Developer 1 (SD 1) is sought after to contribute to our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess experience in startup environments, with a strong passion for product development, coding, and problem-solving.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance software products.
    • Write efficient, reusable, and maintainable code focusing on product development.
    • Apply strong problem-solving skills to optimize code and algorithms.
    • Work on complex data structures and algorithms to solve real-world challenges.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
    • Participate in code reviews and adhere to coding standards.
    • Troubleshoot, test, and maintain software to ensure optimal functionality.
    • Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
    • Work in an agile development environment to deliver features promptly.

    Requirements:

    • Demonstrated expertise in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA).
    • Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: Java or Python.
    • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in software development.
    • Experience in product development with a focus on high-quality, scalable solutions.
    • Familiarity with building and maintaining applications in startup environments.
    • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
    • Ability to work independently and in collaborative teams.
    • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
    • Good understanding of system design principles.
