    DETAILS OF THE POSITION

    Job Title - IT Development

    Job Role - Software Lead

    Location - Hyderabad

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (What the person needs to deliver at workplace)

    • Participates in the analysis, design, development, testing and deployment phases of development projects
    • Develops complex software products (web sites, client applications, middle-tier components, etc.) to meet customer requirements
    • Participates in the modeling of database schemas to meet requirements.
    • Writes SQL including stored procedures and triggers
    • Organizes and conducts project design sessions and designs flexible solutions to meet project requirements
    • Ensures project tasks are assigned and completed in a timely manner and project milestone dates are met
    • Ensures projects use established organizational development standards and methodologies in all phases of the project
    • Monitors projects after production release to identify and resolve issues

    QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

    Parameter-

    Minimum Preferred Education BTech/MCA

    Experience (in Years) - 4-5

    Nature of Experience- .NET Lead

    COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

    FUNCTIONAL (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES)

    • ASP (ASP.NET), .NET CORE, JavaScript/ECMAScript or VBScript
    • Visual Basic (VB.NET) or C++ (C#), COM+, DCOM, MSMQ
    • SQL Server, ADO, ADO.NET, XML, SQL, DTS
    • SQL
    • WCF 4.0, MVC, TFS
    • Visual Studio 6.0 (Visual Studio .NET)
