    One of our clients a Top Tier 1 Online Employment Company is looking to hire a B2B sales Account Sales Manager.

    Role: B2B sales Account Sales Manager.

    Location- Mumbai

    Experience -2+ to 8 years

    Qualifications: Bachelor's degree

    Position type: Permanent

    Mandate skill: B2B Sales, Corporate sales Excellent Comms.

    SHIFT - Monday/Tuesday we are in the office from 11:30 AM to 5:30 PM in office and the team spends 3 Hours of work at home after traveling back home.

    Rest of the days of the week - 4:30 PM to 2 AM.

    Job Description:


    • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close using consultative sales methods.


    • Meet and exceed sales targets.


    • By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.


    • Responsible to work to generate new business and manage existing business - 60% Hunting and 40% Farming


    • Maintain a high level of Sales activity and build a healthy opportunity sales pipeline to achieve and exceed monthly/annual sales quota


    • Grow revenue from existing clients by upselling and cross.

    • Strong ability to initiate, establish, and nurture meaningful business relationships over the phone and in person.


    • Upbeat and positive demeanor.


    Experience: 3 – 4 years of B2B sales experience


    • MBA Education: Any relevant Graduation or Post Graduation Degree, preferably MBA.
