Understanding of detailed rates forconstruction activities Civil MEP finishingsupportinginfrastructure externaldevelopment consultant fees and other costs allied toconstructionactivities.
Review Checking & Preparing project costing budget& cash flow of the project and trackingthesame with respect tobaseline. Prepare BOQ level estimation ofquantity and rate analysis of labour andmaterial. Review & Validation ofChecking RA bills invoices PO s of aproject. Understanding of contracts& contract methodology. ProjectCost monitoring on periodical basis (monthlyquarterly). On need basis conduct physicalsite visits to source primary information monitorprojectprogress and summarize the findingsand examinations. To prepare &/track Construction schedules/ timeline of constructionprojects Preparing issue lists andhighlighting technical risks associated to a real estateproject. Preparing Technical due diligencereports and monthly/ quarterly monitoringreports. Strong analytical problem solvingand organizational skills with sound attention todetail. Keep abreast of latest developmentsin various real estate sectors constructiontechnologydisruptions in various assetclasses.

The candidate shall largely beinvolved in execution of assignments coordination withotherconsultants (if any) account managementduring duration of the assignment ensuringthedeliverable quality and processmanagement.
