- Lead the planning, review, and execution of design processes for civil construction projects.
- Establish and manage design project schedules, monitor budgets, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality drawings.
- Collaborate with Engineers to create technically sound drawings that meet project specifications and standards.
- Coordinate with various teams to streamline project specifications and ensure efficient execution of design plans.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure designs are faithfully executed and meet quality standards.
- Identify and address potential issues swiftly, implementing robust contingency plans.
- Provide creative direction and feedback to exceed client expectations.
- Represent the company while engaging with clients and professional teams.
- Maintain detailed documentation of design processes and project progress.
- Generate reports highlighting milestones and addressing challenges.
- Perform any other functions requested by management.
- University degree in Architecture, Design, Construction Management, or a relevant discipline.
- MBA and/or MSc in a relevant field is an advantage.
- Relevant professional certifications in Civil Engineering, Design, or Construction Management are an added advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience working on high-rise buildings.
