    Job Overview

    Reliance General Insurance is looking for Telesales Officers to join our team. As a Telesales Officer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our insurance products over the phone. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The salary range for this role is competitive and will be based on experience.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Excellent communication skills in English+ (Tamil / Hindi / Kannada /Malayalam)
    • Ability to persuade and influence customers
    • Good listening and negotiation skills
    • Strong customer focus and sales orientation
    • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
    • Basic computer knowledge
    • Prior experience in telesales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Promote and sell Reliance General Insurance products over the phone
    • Reach out to potential customers and explain the features and benefits of our insurance policies
    • Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and convert them into sales
    • Achieve sales targets on a monthly basis
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
    • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer queries and resolving complaints
    • Maintain a database of customers and follow up on leads
    • Stay updated with product knowledge and market trends
