    Job Summary

    We are seeking a seasoned Software Engineer to lead our engineering team and drive technical innovation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java, Kafka, and modern software development methodologies.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of engineers to achieve their full potential.
    • Develop and maintain a technical vision and roadmap, staying ahead of emerging technologies and best practices.
    • Design and architect complex software systems, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and security.
    • Drive delivery excellence through efficient development processes and high-quality code delivery.
    • Tackle intricate technical challenges and provide effective solutions.
    • Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across various teams.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Software Engineer with at least 8 years of experience, with expertise in Microservices.
    • Strong expertise in Java and Kafka, with a strong understanding of system design principles and security best practices.
    • Experience building and leading high-performing engineering teams.
    • Expertise in building RESTful web applications using Java 8+ and Spring Framework.
    • Familiarity with Maven, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms is a plus.
