- Calm and patient individual with good voice over call is very important
- Good verbal and written communication skills (Gujarati & Hindi).
- Proficient in WhatsApp, Email communication.
- Excellent convincing and attracting communication skills.
- Ability to handle customer's requirements in a professional manner.
