    Position: International tele sales executive

    Location: Noida Sec 63 (ONSITE)

    Salary: INR upto 20k-23k

    Experience: Fresher & experience

    Qualification: Graduates & under-graduates

    Job Summary: A Tele sales Executive is a member of the sales team who will contact clients, potential customers, or previous customers by telephone. Their aim will be to sell, or upsell, products and services.

    Role & responsibilities:

    • Creating contact lists with potential customers details listed.
    • Helping to form and improve a script which can be used to lead conversations with customers.
    • Using communication techniques in order to improve sales and leads.
    • Work towards sales targets.
    • Work with sales and product teams to stay up to date on new features of our products.
    • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
    • Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.

    Requirement:

    • Fluent in English (other languages are a bonus).
    • Basic knowledge of CRM such as Salesforce.
    • Fluency with office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
    • Experience working with a wider sales team is a plus.
    • Great communication skills (both written and verbal).
    • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

    Shift: US shift

    Working: 5 days (Saturday - Sunday off)
