    For our Control Center in Chennai, India, we are looking for a Manager Control Center based in our Chennai office, functionally reporting to the Manager Systems and Software Engineering, who is based in our Headquarters in Amersfoort, the Netherlands.

    Responsibilities:

    • Optimize processes, procedures, and operations to improve Control Center performance.
    • Measure, report, and follow up on customer-agreed KPIs within the team.
    • Maintain knowledge level within the team to satisfy KPIs agreed with customers.
    • Translate customer service level agreements to manageable tasks and assign them within the team, schedule relevant training and knowledge transfer when necessary.
    • Act as a Relationship Manager – maintaining excellent relationships with customers, in addition to asset technicians, and asset maintenance teams.
    • Manage day-to-day operations of the Control Center and 24x7 shift scheduling within the team.
    • Hire new employees, review performance, review holiday and training plans for the Control Center team.
    • Assist or supervise service activities performed by third parties or colleagues.
    • Knowledge and oversight of all tasks performed by the Control Center operators and step in when required by the team.
    • Make sure we meet safety and quality requirements.
    • Continuously improve the performance of our wind turbines based on error/gap analysis, response times, and Operational Data statistics.

    Requirements:

    • You have a master's or bachelor's in electrical engineering and/or sustainable/renewable energy.
    • You have 5 to 7 years of experience in wind turbine service or renewable energy generator service/monitoring role.
    • You have at least 2 years of proven experience in a Management or leadership role.
    • You are fluent in English.
    • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • You possess strong analytical skills and can process operational data.
    • You have a good understanding of renewable asset operation and monitoring business.
    • You work with great pleasure to build a strong and professional team and a good relationship with customers and stakeholders (both internal and external)
    • You can maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
    • You know how to solve problems and conflicts and are strong in setting priorities.
    • You have a strong "can do" mentality and are commercially aware, pragmatic, and independent.
    • You have the drive to improve processes and lead the team in achieving their measurable KPIs.

    You will develop on the job:

    • Experience in practical renewable energy system problem analysis and solution
    • Experience with wind turbine
    • Experience with coordinating with service teams and customers around the world
