    Role Overview:

    As the Executive Assistant to the Founder, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our visionary leader in managing the fast-paced world of venture capital. This is a high-pressure role where every day presents new challenges and opportunities. You will be the right hand to the Founder, ensuring seamless communication, efficient organization, and proactive support to keep our operations running smoothly. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about startups and eager to gain firsthand experience in the dynamic world of venture capital.

    Responsibilities:

    • Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the Founder's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls. Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them to optimize the Founder's time.
    • Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication on behalf of the Founder. Draft and respond to emails, letters, and other correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
    • Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and necessary documentation. Attend meetings as required, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items.
    • Travel Arrangements: Arrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visas. Ensure travel plans align with the Founder's schedule and preferences, and provide comprehensive travel packets.
    • Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks such as expense reporting, invoice processing, and document management. Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to information.
    • Project Assistance: Assist the Founder in various projects and initiatives, including research, data analysis, and presentation preparation. Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
    • Confidentiality: Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information, including business strategies, investment opportunities, and personal matters relating to the Founder.
    • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, portfolio company executives, and industry professionals. Serve as a representative of the Founder and the VC fund, embodying professionalism and integrity at all times.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
    • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives or founders in a high-pressure environment.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen eye for detail.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with scheduling and productivity tools (e.g., MS Teams, Calendly).
    • Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
    • Proactive and resourceful mindset, with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems independently.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work outside of regular business hours when necessary.
