Keyresponsibilities

• Administering anesthesia tofemale patients undergoing surgicalprocedures
• Monitoring patient vital signs andmaking necessary adjustments duringanesthesia
• Assessing and managing pain beforeduring and after medicalprocedures
• Collaborating with surgical teams toensure patient safety and comfort
• Responding toemergency situations and providing critical care asneeded
• Documenting patient care and maintainingaccurate medical records
• Educating patients andtheir families about anesthesia and pain managementoptions
• Participating in quality improvementinitiatives and complying with safetyprotocols
• Remaining updated with advancementsin anesthesia techniques andmedications
• Assisting in the training andsupervision of medical students andresidents

Requiredqualifications

• Doctor of Medicine(MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)degree
• Residency training in anesthesiologyfrom an accredited program
• Board certificationor eligibility in anesthesiology
• State medicallicense and DEA registration
• Strong knowledgeof anesthesia medications andtechniques
• Ability to work effectively inhighstress and emergency situations
• Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills
• Detailoriented with strong criticalthinking and problemsolvingabilities
• Commitment to patient safety andquality care
• Willingness to participate incontinuous education and professionaldevelopment
