Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information related to banking products and services.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of banking products and services to effectively communicate and guide customers.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and security procedures during customer interactions.
Issue Resolution:
Investigate and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
Cross-Selling:
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and promote additional banking products to customers based on their needs.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and issue resolutions.
Adherence to Protocols:
Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure the security and confidentiality of customer information.
