    Job Description

    The Duty Manager – Ramp Services is responsible for assisting the Ramp Manager/AVP in ensuring smooth and safe flight operations during their shift. They represent the ramp department in operations and manage relations with customers, authorities, and professional bodies.

    • Responsible for entire ramp services including BMA/BBA/PBB/cargo movement/Cabin cleaning within their shift
    • Ensures all staff adhere to safety procedures/practices/regulations
    • To meet handling requirements of airlines by operational staff within time limits
      To ensure discipline among staff/coherence/peace/discrepancies dealt accordingly
