- Collaborate with a diverse team of experts in marketing/media, statistics/analysis, and consulting.
- Design and implement onsite tracking utilizing data layer and tag management systems (Google Tag Manager and Adobe Launch).
- Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards using Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Integrate third-party advertising and retargeting pixels using Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, and Tealium.
- Analyze customer journeys and correlate tracking data with various online and offline data sources (e.g., CRM data, seasonality, climate data).
- Develop user profiles to enable targeted communication through data management platforms.
- Technical university degree in a relevant field with a focus on data analytics, digital marketing, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in analytics.
- Proficiency in data science and understanding of marketing/media business concepts.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Analytics Implementation and expertise in at least one tag management system, particularly Adobe Launch.
- Desirable familiarity with JavaScript and HTML.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office products, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in German or English.
