    PositionOverview:
    Weare looking for a skilled Textile Designer with 2 to 4 years ofexperience to contribute to our design department. The idealcandidate will have a strong passion for textiles excellentcreative abilities and a keen eye for detail. This role offers anexciting opportunity to collaborate with crossfunctional teams anddevelop unique designs that resonate with our targetaudience.
    KeyResponsibilities:
    • Developinnovative textile designs that align with the companys brandidentity and market trends.
    • Collaborate closelywith the design team to conceptualize and execute design conceptsfrom initial idea to final product.
    • Conductresearch on emerging trends color palettes and fabric techniques toinspire new design concepts.
    • Create detaileddesign specifications and technical drawings for productionpurposes.
    • Work closely with production teams toensure design feasibility and quality standards aremet.
    • Participate in design presentations andmeetings to communicate design conceptseffectively.
    • Stay updated on industrydevelopments and technological advancements in textile designsoftware and techniques.
    • Assist in thedevelopment of seasonal collections and product lines ensuring theymeet market demands and customerpreferences.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelorsdegree in Textile Design Fashion Design or relatedfield.
    • 2 to 6 years of experience in textiledesign preferably in a similar industry orrole.
    • Proficiency in design software such asAdobe Photoshop Illustrator and CADsoftware.
    • Strong understanding of textileproduction processes fabric properties and printingtechniques.
    • Excellent creative and artisticskills with a keen eye for color pattern andtexture.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in afastpaced environment and manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
    • Strong communication skillswith the ability to articulate design conceptseffectively.
    • Detailoriented with a commitmentto quality and accuracy inwork.
