Work closely with product management, design, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable technical solutions.

Quality Assurance:
Establish and enforce best practices for coding, testing, and deployment to maintain the highest quality standards.
<\/div>
<\/div>
Process Optimization:
Implement agile methodologies, streamline workflows, and improve the development lifecycle.
<\/div>
<\/div>
Innovation:
Encourage the adoption of new tools, technologies, and frameworks to enhance product development and performance.

Required Qualification<\/b>
<\/div>
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
<\/div>
- 10+ years<\/b> of experience in software development, with at least 3 -5 years of experience leading engineering
<\/div>
teams in a product -based IT company.
<\/div>
- Expertise in building and scaling SaaS or other IT products.
<\/div>
- Strong knowledge of software development principles, design patterns, and architectural frameworks.
<\/div>
- Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.
<\/div>
- Hands -on experience with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and microservices architecture.
<\/div>
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
<\/div>
- Strong problem -solving, analytical, and decision -making skills.
<\/div>
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and
