Join our bootstrapped startup as a Founding Product Designer in our team. This full-time role is an exciting opportunity for those looking to contribute to a startup by creating impactful designs for our business applications. You'll play a key role in shaping our products during a 3-month project to launch our MVP.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative design solutions

Conduct user research and usability testing

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

Iterate designs based on feedback and user data

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in product design.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Carry your own laptop/PC

Location:

Hybrid work from Chennai

Compensation:

Currently, we cannot offer salaries, as we are bootstrapping our venture. Once our MVP is launched and we secure funding, we can discuss compensation and expansion.
